Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) Phase I and II

Phase I ESA services include reviewing records, on-site inspection; interviews with the property owners, occupants, adjacent occupants, and local government officials. Phase I may also include preliminary sampling and testing.

Phase II ESA services include sampling and analysis through the collecting of surface soil and water samples, subsurface soil boring, well installation monitoring, dry well and catch basin sampling, transformer/capacitor sampling for Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), and testing of Underground Storage Tanks (USTs). All ESA services provided according to ASTM and AAI standards, as well as in compliance with all other local, state, and federal regulations.
