
Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) Phase I and II
Phase I ESA services include reviewing records, on-site inspection; interviews with the property owners, occupants, adjacent occupants, and local government officials. Phase I may also include preliminary sampling and testing.Phase II ESA services include sampling and analysis through the collecting of surface soil and water samples, subsurface soil boring, well installation monitoring, dry well and catch basin sampling, transformer/capacitor sampling for Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), and testing of Underground Storage Tanks (USTs). All ESA services provided according to ASTM and AAI standards, as well as in compliance with all other local, state, and federal regulations.

Environmental Audits
Inspection service to identify gaps in environmental compliance and assist the client in the development of corrective action. All local, state, and federal requirements will be determined and compared to the current working situation in order to complete an environmental compliance audit. Singular focused programmatic audits, as well as all-encompassing multimedia audits are available. Audit services can also include the developing of an Environmental Adaptive Management plan, equipping the client with structure to reduce uncertainty over time while balancing risk.

Environmental Remediation
Remedial action service in order to cleanse and remove pollutants and contaminants from environmental media such as soil, groundwater, sediment, or surface water.
